Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 business days from the date you received your order, without needing to provide any reason.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, in original condition, and undamaged

  • Be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals

  • Be shipped back within 14 days from your return request

Note: We cannot accept returns on personalized items or sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at  with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • The item you wish to return

  • (Optional) Reason for the return

We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important: We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.


Received a Defective or Incorrect Item?

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
